Built by Thomas Sattler Homes, a Colorado family builder three generations deep, and designed by Studio 646 Architecture, the home is a study in warm, honest materials. Everything is considered.

We started with sound. Music matters in this home, so whole-home audio became the heart of the project. Using Sonos throughout, including soundbars and amplifiers driving speakers in room after room, we made it effortless to play music anywhere. From the chef's kitchen with its twin islands to the lower-level bar, the media room, and the home gym, the music simply follows you. One easy app. Every room. No clutter, no learning curve.
Wi-Fi That Reaches Every Corner
Then we made sure the home never drops a beat. Strong, reliable Wi-Fi mattered as much to this family as the music, so we engineered wireless coverage across the entire property, indoors and out. The wine room, the breakfast nook, the covered patio, the far edges of the yard. Connected, everywhere, all the time. In a home built for gathering, the network just works, so no one ever has to think about it.
Screens That Know Their Place
We brought the same restraint to the screens. Instead of oversizing every television, we chose displays sized to fit each room, scaled to feel right rather than to show off. The result is technology that supports the architecture instead of competing with it.
