You run the install site. You lead the install and commissioning of our most demanding homes, and you hold the standard for everyone on the crew. Some days you’re commissioning a brand-new system; some days you’re back with an existing client making sure everything still runs perfectly. Plans are tidy when we’re lucky and shifting when we’re not, so you stay calm, juggle well, and treat clients and teammates with the same patience. Client care is sacred here.

QAV began in the mind of an engineer who couldn’t accept “good enough.” Before he ever touched a home, he worked where good enough got people hurt, fighter jets, race cars, oil fields. He brought that standard to an industry that had made peace with almost-right. Every system is designed to a plan, built and tested in our own facility, and finished before the client ever moves in. We call it Done at Closing. The client never sees the work. They only feel the home.
