At QAV, our best work is invisible, the technology disappears into the architecture. That makes our homes a joy to shoot: no clutter, no cables, just warm rooms that seem to breathe. Your job is to capture that, the film that makes someone feel a space before they ever stand in it, the still that stops the scroll, the behind-the-scenes that shows the craft. You’ll start as a one-person content shop, with the trust to shape how QAV looks and sounds everywhere we show up. As the work grows, so does the role.
Remember the homes in the movies — the ones that seemed to think for themselves? Two decades ago that was science fiction. Today we build it for real, in some of the finest homes in Colorado.
QAV began in the mind of an engineer who couldn’t accept “good enough.” Before he ever touched a home, he worked where good enough got people hurt, fighter jets, race cars, oil fields. He brought that standard to an industry that had made peace with almost-right. Every system is designed to a plan, built and tested in our own facility, and finished before the client ever moves in. We call it Done at Closing. The client never sees the work. They only feel the home.

Not values on a wall. The unwritten rules you’d actually feel on the floor.
